The current aquifier in…

The current aquifier in question here does not have a unlimited supply of water that i know of. I am not sure if there has been a study done on this . There have been a great number of housing developments done in oro-medonte over the last couple of decades and there is still water being taken from a well on the ninth conc. of oro-medonte for bottled water!
Here is my thought. Limit the length of the license to 3 years and moniter the amount very closely and let's start monitering the effect on this water supply.
Second ,maybe we should be charging for this water as this is not for human consumption and is being used to derive a profit.
