Transports continually are in and out of Laplants all night as per MOE reports from neighbors and sit running for hours as per videos reported . This is breaking compliance continually.
The noise from the generators , plant machinery! Tractor,transports is incredibly loud. We cannot open our bedroom windows when we sleep because of the noise and it also penetrates so we never have a silent moment when this plant is running.
We are constantly reporting to MOE regarding the stench and excessive noise.
An independent full sound Audit is required with the company chosen by MOE so it is totally impartial. The previously proposed full audit was not completed. The small sound test of three days , was not a correct statement of the true sound that continually comes from this plant. A full audit of at least 3 months .
The past Constant breaking of compliance and reluctance to follow rules makes this proposal to extend working hours not acceptable
