St. Catharines Fire Services…

St. Catharines Fire Services has laid 84 charges against Ssonix Products Inc and 21 counts each against it’s three directors! The explosion resulted in the death of an employee. Now this company has made an application to reopen the business! Shouldn’t the first sentence answer that application request without further discussion?

As a resident the of Broadway Gardens subdivision I am very concerned for the safety of all that reside in close proximity to this improperly run business. What assurances would they put in place to convince anyone that the business would be operated any differently?

Ssonix Products Inc and any other similar business should be prevented from opening!
