Absolutely shocked that after the negligent operation of the facility, resulting in us being shooken from our bed BEFORE we heard the explosion, that this operator-owner would have the audacity to even apply for a permit to move forward. A life lost, shady operations, hazardous waste too close to residential and water access was a fatal mistake.

Concerned that the owner lacks empathy for fellow residents, Ryan Konkins family and the EMS services who fought so diligently to bring residents to safety.

I abhor the re-opening of this facility.
