Mitigation measures are never a guarente and there is always a risk to our water ways. Why wouldn't this applicant raise yellow perch something that is native to our water ways? A water source is required to raise fish, meaning there is risk to our water ways. Man kind and technology are always proven to fail at one point in a process and the release of jade perch into our environment would be unforgivable and devastating.
