There are no details to understand what you’re approving, why you approving sewage capacity that’s clearly not in municipal official plans or master plans. I have no concept of the scale of development proposed b/c there’s no information. No ability to be able to tell if you’re approving and facilitating development completely contrary to the Planning Act, is the land zoned for the activities that require increased sewage capacity? Or are you facilitating yet another illegal land use operation in Caledon through this approval?

Did you consult, notify the local municipality who is the land use authority?
