It absolutely rediculous that this is even being considered. They had been given PLENTY of time to correct their emissions output and disregarded it. Now AFTER the final day of change they are asking for more time? How rediculous!
Why does the communities need to suffer for a business that disregards the law that was put in place years ago?
I hope the ministry makes a wise decision and shuts down this businesses operation until they follow the rules set.
