The thought of placing this dump so close to town in an absolute disgrace. Not only does it reduce the value of the land and the entire town it also prevent any chance of the town expanding in this direction.
Also a solid note and point of discussion, the residents who live in very close proximity to this dump are not even receiving garbage or recycling services. We are forced to drive approx 20kms to the nearest waste facility but yet you want to decrease our land value with a dump facility when we have been made to transport our recycling and garbage twice as far. This proposal needs to be shut down now, there is no reason for it and there surely is no benefit
