Please do not ban highway…

Please do not ban highway tolls. These tolls help pay for public transportation and road repairs. No tolls means the money will come from other areas, like health care and education cuts. We do not need more highways. More cars on the road is crazy in a climate crisis. Especially when cutting down trees, and paving through wildlife habitat and creating more collisions with animals. What is desperately needed is more public transportation on existing roads, and more investment into the commuter trains and subway lines. Far less people are driving and investing in public transportation is accessible for everyone. Please make public transportation free of cost.
