I feel there should be deeper investigation into this dump, primarily the fact that we are such a huge farming community; there is no way that this dump and the run off would not affect the quality and safety of the food we produce here in Chatham Kent. Secondly, the close proximity to the town of Dresden; we have all smelled the dump just outside of London and as a member of the Dresden community there is no way I would want to live with such smells on a daily basis. Finally, WHY are the residence of Dresden and Chatham-Kent being made responsible for the waste of those in the GTA??????????? Find a space in their own geographical area to build this dump particularly one that is less than 1km from a residential area.
