When will someone stand up to these big companies who want to move into little towns to take over and say NO! You're not doing this.

If York1 is allowed to move within the 3 km safety zone for dumps, whoever approves it will effectively be destroying the town, the wildlife and endangered species. Not to mention the ecosystem for every living thing along the Sydenham River and Mitchell's Bay.

There are many other locations that once housed municipal dumps that does NOT have a river nearby or a community of over 3000 people. Raleigh township has one, that is also closer to the 401 and on a route that can sustain the amount of trucks that will be carting this junk daily.

Please do NOT let them get away with this. To rape the land, to displace the people of Dresden and everyone else living along the path to destruction.
