I find it irresponsible and alarming that York 1 is able to propose a landfill on a dormant area with no precautions or regards to the community they are imposing on.

Dresden is not the place to use for a waste disposal that contains asbestos which can cause cancer of the lung/,mesothelioma, cancer of the ovaries,and larynx. Air pollution, noise pollution, environmental pollutants/leachate that will poison Molly’s creek and the Sydenham River, Lake St. Clair and our water resources. Traffic will cause major safety issues and our town will pay health wise for years to come if this unfolds.

Dresden deserves better and a mega dump next to the entire town is daunting!
