No, I do not think the Dresden landfill should require an environmental assessment. As a contractor, I believe that the project will provide a tremendous opportunity to responsibly dispose of construction waste while providing jobs for the local community. The project is a net positive for the greater Chatham-Kent area and Essex county, providing a place to responsibly dispose of waste as opposed to the streets, and can relieve pressure on Windsor's transfer station if needed.
