The Town of Dresden should not have a dump/recycling/landfill center as the Chatham-Kent Municipality already hosts a landfill near Blenheim. The SouthWestern land in Ontario is rich with minerals and should not be used instead for "garbage." A full environment assessment should be required, in fact, this project should not be taking place at all. According to Bill 197, this is too close to town, and where people with wells, live.
