I ask that as a bare minimum that there must be a comprehensive environmental assessment. The various pollutions that will result such as; WATER, both surface contamination from leachate getting into the East Sydenham River and ground water contamination affecting water wells, AIR POLLUTION such as diesel fumes and odours from the proposed landfill, NOISE pollution, both from the proposed landfill site and all the transport trucks driving to the site, Furthermore, the drastic property devaluation, which has already been realized due to the mere proposal of such a landfill site so near to the town of Dresden.
