I would like to ask you to kill this application process, in lieu of this the Full Environmental Assessment to flush out the human & economic issues that would arise from this project.

The property is currently zoned as 'M2 - 365, Extractive Industrial.' Ensuring proper zoning is essential to guarantee the land's appropriate and rational utilization
Based on this info the project should be subject to bill 197 or the full EA process
