I am opposed to this dump.
Main concern is the contamination of the river given that the proxcimity
to the river.
THE AMOUNT OF TRUCKS ON THE ROAD WILL NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS
OF THE LAWS AND TONAGE.
THE TRAFFIC DURING SEASONAL AND AGRICULTURE OPERATIONS DO NOT MEET THE
STANDARD AND WILL LEAD TO INJURY.
