Regarding the proposed project by york1 It seems ridiculous to consider a request made to landfill up to 1000 tonne of waste at this site daily The existing licence was for a small percentage of York 1 requests
This should not be considered at this time considering the waterways that run next to the site and then flows into Sydenham river so contamination is a distinct possibility
There are house’s very close to the site that will be affected by the site and the truck traffic that is going to be generated to bring materials to it
For these reasons this site should not be considered for any landfill project
