Dresden won't benefit from this proposal.
The site is in a flood plain, and regularly floods.
The site is close to the the town. Noise, light, water and soil pollution are inevitable.
The increase in traffic will be immense.
The increase on stress on our civil infrastructure will be massive, causing it to erode quicker than the designated life span.
How can we benefit from any of this.
