If an environmental assessment is done and approved. The results are safe and containable of the product's comming in and approved by the ministry of environment. . As for leachate ponds, pumping out leachate ponds to take to a more secure incinerator on a weekly or monthly basis say per Clean Harbors or to a facility as such .Proper burying of asbestos per law . Products recycled that can be recycled. I don't see an issue .Why be hypocritical. Garbage of any kind is a product of our environment unfortunately... 90% of all garbage or waste products never stay in the city or towns they are created.
