As a concerned resident of Ontario, large companies cannot be allowed to harm our communities through back doors and shoddy approaches to waste management. The site was never designed to be used as York1 is proposing and it is evident that locals do not want this project under taken. It’s also clearly evident the the local Municipality does not want this to move forward. The provincial government and this Ministry need to respect the wishes of the local residents and taxpayers and not allow this project to move forward until the local Municipality has approved.
