NO TO THE DUMP.
Anyone can calculate that it's close proximity to the town of Dresden, combined with the area's history of flooding make it a very poor choice.
Why, Ministry of the Environment, Parks, etc. can you not just strike it down?
There shouldn't be a need for an assessment- it is another place for the money to push things through.
The site is in a horrible location, and the people of Dresden don't want it there.
