This project is happening on the Traditional Territory of Flying Post First Nation. I am wondering if you have reached out to the Chief and Council of the band and ask for this approval or if there is an MOU in place. Why is this waste presumably from the city of Timmins not being brought to the local sewage waste plant? I personally would like to know more about the process and what consultations are happening with First Nations who's land your proposing to dump this sewage on. As a descendent of the Kuckatoosh Indian Band today recognized as Flying Post 73, I do not give me Free, Prior, Informed consent to this proposal tell more information and consultation has happened with members from the area.
