This notice is impossible to understand. The term excess soil is abused and misleading. Is the almost 500k cubic meters proposed to come on site actually a waste? Did the material originates from the mining activities or other activities?

I have little faith that the province has the ability to oversee or manage this proposal to ensure compliance with their own legislation. As is well documented by the Auditor General.
