The Dresden and North Kent/ South Lambton community is a thriving community where this will have a notable negative impact on health, further advanced economic activity/ recruitment, environment, maintaining residents and attracting new professionals. The risk and costs far outweigh any benefit of allowing this to move forward from each of these dimensions.
