Southwest Agromart Ltd. - Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage)

This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) to establish a stormwater management works structure servicing a proposed site expansion of an existing agricultural fertilizer facility located at 24734 Centre Side Road, in the Community of Eberts, Municipality of Chatham-Kent, Ontario.

The sewage works will include storm sewers, an oil and grit separator and a stormwater management pond, for quality and quantity control of the runoff generated from the full build out site conditions; discharging via the Chinnick Municipal Drain, towards the Little Bear Creek Watershed.
