The application for consent, 58-C-255543 is draft approved subject to conditions. The applicants have two years to satisfy standard conditions of draft approval, otherwise approval will lapse. The approval can be appealed using the procedure outlined below. Notice to appeal the decision to the Ontario Land Tribunal must be filed with the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing on or before July 23, 2025.
Conditions include:
1. That the application to transfer noted in condition 2 shall identify the property and ownership which the easement favours and the purpose of the easement.
2. That the easement be registered and shown on the title for PIN 62505-1440 in favour of PIN 62505-1441.
3. That prior to final approval, the ministry is to be provided with signed written confirmation that access to PIN 62505-1441 has been granted by the servient lands.

The purpose of this application is to create one new easement in respect of the land described as PIN 625051440 to provide access to PIN 625051441. There is an existing road where the proposed easement is and the lots are used for resource based recreational use.
The proposed access is approximately 10.88 metres wide, and 958 metres in length.
