This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval for the establishment of subsurface sewage disposal works rated at 19,311 litres per day, to service a resort located at 41 Willow Lane, in the Town of Cherry Valley.
All existing sewage works are to be removed and replaced with one new Level IV Class 4 sewage system designed to service the proposed development. The proposed works include four pump chambers, one Newterra membrane bioreactor treatment unit, and one raised Type A dispersal bed.
The Ministry may require effluent monitoring and may impose effluent limits.
