Nobel REIT GP Inc. as general partner for and on behalf of Nobel REIT Limited Partnership - Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage)

This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) owned by Nobel REIT GP Inc. as general partner for and on behalf of Nobel REIT Limited Partnership, for the establishment of sewage works, in support of a proposed industrial development; for the collection, transmission, treatment and disposal of stormwater run-off from a site located at 1285 Hubrey Road, in the City of London, Ontario.

The proposed sewage works will consist of a stormceptor unit; designed for quality control; discharging via municipal sewers, within the Thames River watershed, between the Forks and Dutton.
