685109 Ontario Limited - Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage)

This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) for the establishment of stormwater management facilities owned by 685109 Ontario Limited, in support of a proposed Plaza Development; for the collection, transmission, treatment and disposal of stormwater run-off from a site located at 17557 Woodbine Avenue, in the Town of East Gwillimbury, Regional Municipality of York, Ontario.

The sewage works system will consist of a permanent stormwater management (wet pond) and associated stormwater outfall to the existing drainage feature to the east of the property, designed for quantity control; discharging via drainage feature, within the Black River watershed.
