G. Tackaberry & Sons Construction Company Limited - Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage)

This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval for the establishment of stormwater management facilities owned by G. Tackaberry & Sons Construction Company Limited for the collection, transmission, treatment and disposal of stormwater run-off from a site located at 3893 Highway 15, Joyceville, City of Kingston, Ontario.

The sewage works system will consist of a stormwater management (wet pond), designed for quality control; discharging into Gananonque River via the Pittsburgh Drain Complex (Mud Creek) at the eastern edge of the site, and ultimately discharging into Lake Ontario.
