Darrell Keith Boyd - Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage)

This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) for the proposed use of a sewage system that services the property known as Loon's Landing, located at 263 A Hass Road, in Alban, Ontario.

The proposed sewage works include the use of: two 8,250 litre septic tanks, one 3,636 litre septic tank, and one 5,455 litre septic tank.

The septic tanks are proposed to dose four subsurface disposal fields, with a total pipe length of 279 meters of sewer pipe. One existing greywater subsurface disposal field is proposed to be used associated with the shower building on Site. Additionally, one 11,365 litre sewage holding tank, one 13,638 litre sewage holding tank, and one 5,682 litre sewage holding tank are present on Site. The holding tanks are pumped out by a licensed septic hauler.
