This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) for RAFAT GENERAL CONTRACTOR INC. for the operation of a mobile concrete crushing facility equipped with a combined crusher/screener unit with associated conveyors and diesel-fired engine.
The equipment will be used for concrete/aggregate crushing services at different sites throughout the Province of Ontario and can potentially operate 24 hours per day, seven days per week, and 52 weeks per year. Contaminant emissions to the atmosphere include:
- particulate matter
- nitrogen oxide
