TC Land 2 Partnership - Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage)

This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) to install stormwater management works facilities serving TC LAND 2 INC. as general partner for and on behalf of TC Land 2 Partnership and TC Land 2 Partnership through its general partner TC LAND LP by ANNEXPARK LAND GP CORP. as the general partner of TC Land 2 Partnership, for the collection, transmission, treatment and disposal of stormwater run-off from the lands located at 5743 County Road 90, Township of Essa, Ontario.

The proposed stormwater system includes wet pond and ditches for quality and quantity control; discharging to the existing County Road 90 ditch, eventually draining to a tributary of the Nottawasaga River.
