This proposal is for an amendment to the existing Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) Waste Disposal Site No. 1446-BXV3SG issued to Clean Soils Services Ltd. for the use and operation of a waste disposal site with a total site area of 1.1 hectares, to be used for transfer and processing of non-hazardous liquid soil, and liquid industrial waste at 85 Vickers Road, City of Toronto.
The proposal includes changes to operations. The total amount of waste and processed materials stored and received at the site is proposed to increase. The waste disposal site is to serve Canada and USA.
The hours of operation will be Monday to Friday, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for shipping and receiving to and from the site. Processing and management of the liquid soil will occur indoors 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
