45 Victoria Street Limited - Environmental Compliance Approval (air)

This proposal is for an amendment to the Environmental Compliance Approval (air) No. 2361- 6LNSBA for 45 Victoria Street Limited, operating a paved parking lot with a groundwater remediation system located in the City of Kitchener, Ontario.

This application is for the approval of modifications to the soil vapour extraction system to no longer actively draw soil vapour and to permanently exhaust through a passive vent at the top of a lamp post. Additionally, the liquid pumping, groundwater treatment, and soil vapour treatment systems have been decommissioned. Contaminant emissions to the atmosphere include:

• benzene
• ethyl benzene
• naphthalene
• toluene, and
• xylenes
