This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) for Tri-Phase Group Inc. for the operation of one portable screening unit and one portable grinding unit, each equipped with one diesel-fired engine.
The equipment will be used to provide topsoil screening, clean up wood and tree branches/stumps, and wood waste grinding services throughout the Province of Ontario and can potentially operate twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week, and fifty-two weeks per year. Contaminant emissions to the atmosphere include:
- particulate matter
- nitrogen oxide
