968502 Ontario Inc. - Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage)

This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) owned and operated by 968502 Ontario Inc. for the installation of a proposed large subsurface sewage disposal system with tertiary treatment to serve all office/ warehouse, a large garage, a greenhouse and a residential dwelling located at 1050 Canboro Road, in the Town of Pelham, Ontario.

The property is used for floral distribution operations and all sanitary sewage flows, with a total daily design flow of 23,350 liters per day, will be directed to one proposed central septic system. The existing septic beds serving different buildings will be decommissioned. Level IV tertiary treatment system, complete with a raised Type A Dispersal Bed, is proposed for all on-site floral distribution buildings.
