This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) for Thank Recycle Inc. for the operation of a scrap metal recycling facility, located in the City of Toronto, Ontario.
This application includes all emission sources from the facility that exhaust to the atmosphere including a cutting operations unit.
Contaminant emissions to the atmosphere include:
- particulate matter
- chromium
- copper
- ferric oxide
- manganese
- molybdenum, and
- nickel
