This application is for an amendment to existing ECA number 9217-C9ATZH. This amendment is being requested to update sewage works owned by Norvern Shores Association and servicing on-site family dwellings located at 897 Etwell Road, in Huntsville, Ontario.
There are a total of one-hundred and twenty-seven (127) lots for a site rated sewage capacity of up to 254,000 litres per day.
The purpose of this amendment is to add the following in the existing approval:
- Update the Table 2 of the existing approval and satisfy section 4 (1) of the existing ECA.
- Include detailed sewage system designs for up to 10 lots where proposed development is to be greater than 2,000 litres per day but less than 3,000 litres per day.
- Include conventional sewage system design for lots 3, 5, 116, and 118 to replace the requirement for advanced treatment systems as per the existing approval.
