This Environmental Compliance Approval application is for the stormwater management works and nutrient management lagoon serving the Highline Produce Limited Phase 1 Building Expansion site, located at 506 Mersea Road 5, in the Municipality of Leamington, County of Essex, Ontario.
The proposed stormwater management works consist of the following:
- Roof water drainage pipe systems, swales and onsite storm sewers servicing the northwest watershed, discharging rooftop runoff, parking lot areas and other surface runoff into the stormwater detention pond located along the southern property line, east of the proposed lined lagoon 2
- Roof water drainage pipe systems, swales and onsite storm sewers servicing the northern portion of Watershed 2 and southwest portion of Watershed 1, discharging rooftop and other surface runoff into the Proposed nutrient management Lined lagoon 2 and Stormwater Management Pond 1; one nutrient management lagoon (lagoon 2), located along the southern property line, east of the existing nutrient management lagoon (lagoon 1).
