ATURA HYDROGEN INC as general partner and on behalf of ATURA H2 LP - Environmental Compliance Approval (air)

This proposal is to amend the Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) No. 3980-D8AL5X for ATURA HYDROGEN INC. as general partner and on behalf of ATURA H2 LP for the operation of a hydrogen production facility, located in the City of Niagara Falls, Ontario.

This application is to physically spilt the existing hydrogen production facility venting into eight separate sources; four sources Hydrogen Purification System Vents HPS1 to HPS4, and four sources Hydrogen Vents HV1 to HV4. Increase from one oxygen vent to four sources oxygen vents OV1 to OV4. The sources at the facility include an electrolyzer vent exhaust serving four electrolyzers, a diesel-fired emergency generator, a hydrogen purification system, a hydrogen compressor, an air handler unit, heaters, chillers, and the exhaust from production processes.

Contaminant emissions to the atmosphere include:

• hydrogen, and
• nitrogen oxides
