Application has been made by GIP Paving Inc. to amend the current site plan to allow the importation of 1,140,000 m3 of excess soil to backfill the site to match surrounding grades and facilitate a more useable final landform. The amendment will also update the final surface water drainage notes to reflect the revised landform.
Public consultation opportunities
The proposed request for this licence is being circulated within the Ministry of Natural Resources. Additionally, notification of this application has been forwarded to the City of Kingston, Cataraqui Region Conservation Authority (CRCA), the Hydro Corridor Owner, and any landowners within 120m of the licenced boundary for comment.
