This proposal is for an amendment to Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) No. 5917-BUTV5Q for Clean Harbors Canada, Inc., for the operation of a mobile treatment system, operating throughout the Province of Ontario.
Approval is sought for one in-situ remediation process to treat soil/groundwater contaminated with organic and/or inorganic compounds by application of Remedial Amendments(s) into contaminated soil and groundwater.
Contaminant emissions to the atmosphere include carbon dioxide, water, and amino acids when using chemical oxidants.
