This notice was updated on February 5, 2016 to advise the public that there has been no change to the status of this proposal and it is still being considered. No additional opportunity for comment is being provided for at this time.
Description of instrument
Fisher Wavy Inc., acting on behalf of Alexander Centre Industries Limited (Licensee for Aggregate Resources Act Licence No. 3880) has applied to amend the tonnage condition of Licence No. 3880. This proposal increases the amount of aggregate allowed to be extracted from the licensed property from 500,000 to 1,000,000 tonnes annually.

Information regarding this Licence amendment proposal is available from the Ministry of Natural Resources Sudbury District office located at 3767 Highway 69 South, Sudbury ON, P3G 1E7. Making an appointment to view the information is recommended to ensure aggregate staff is available to answer any questions.
Comments received through the EBR should not be construed as an objection under the Aggregate Resources Act in accordance with section 4.0 – Notification and Consultation Standards of the Provincial Standards 1.0 under the ARA.
