A change to ARA Licence No. 3851 was approved by the Director on April 25, 2025.
The approval allows Miller Paving Limited to increase the number of tonnes of aggregate that may be removed in a calendar year from 54,420 tonnes annually to 450,000 tonnes annually. This increase addresses the higher demand for aggregates in the area.

Description of instrument
Miller Paving Limited has applied to amend the tonnage condition of Aggregate Licence No. 3851. The request is to increase the amount of aggregate removed from the site annually from 54,420 tonnes to 450,000 tonnes.
