Détails de la décision
On September 25, 2019 we approved the amendment to Environmental Compliance Approval No. 8749-BEUKGN for the Caledon Lake Company parcel borders on the shores of Caledon Lake.
The parcel of land is divided into 34 "areas of occupancy", each having a seasonally occupied cottage serviced by a subsurface holding tank. Each cottage is owned by a shareholder who has entered into an agreement with the Caledon Lake Company.
The consolidated approval will replace all existing approvals for the establishment, use and operation of year-round subsurface sewage works on the parcel.
The approval will cover all proposed and existing approvals. Six (6) subsurface systems will be covered by the current approval.
The consolidated approval is expected to be amended in future to include all new subsurface systems serving existing cottages.
