PIN 42080-0014 is approximately .8 ha in size and with the added land, will cover approximately 1.5-hectares. Both properties are currently used for rural residential use and serviced by sewage systems and wells and are accessed by Barret Road which is a public road maintained year-round by the Van Horne Local Roads Board.
