I agree with some of these proposed changes. Don’t change the first and 2nd draws, except results should be made available quicker and maybe shorted the time you have to claim your tag in each draw. There’s no need to wait 6 weeks between application deadline and results. It’s computer automated.so results Should be available almost immediately. You should have 21 days to claim your tags. This would allow time to have a 3rd chance draw. Make the “lose your points if you get drawn” in the 3rd chance instead of the 2nd chance.
