This isn’t fair, say a group has so many members and they all apply first round and don’t receive a tag. So at this point they aren’t able to hunt second round comes around they all apply again for an adult tag hoping to draw one so the group can hunt. They get 2 or 3 tags. The group only wants one tag a year so they can continue to get points and have enough each year to take 1 tag to hunt off of. This proposal would make this group claim all there tags or loose there points. This isn’t going to work well. All this is doing is making hunters claim un needed tags and this is still taking them from other hunters that want them. Just another money grab. Go back to a group tag so many people per 1 adult tag. Lots of people will be happy.
